Redmond City Council Voted to Stifle Public Comments

Despite the public pushback, by a vote of 5 to 2, Redmond City Council passed the ordinance that imposes rules that stifle public comments at regular council meetings. The unpopular move comes at a time when the council is facing criticism for not allowing public input in its decision to give away public land to Plymouth Housing for the development of a drug-allowed homeless building in downtown Redmond.
